I pride myself in telling it like it is and want you happy with your purchase, no bad surprises are my goal. I do my best to describe my items, including flaws, but it is possible I could miss something.
I also take actual pictures of the items I sell, with very few exceptions i.e. if the item is new in a sealed box. What you see in the pictures, is the item you will receive.

It is my personal policy to leave feedback as soon as I receive payment.... Because I feel that at this point, you have completed your end of the auction.

COMMUNICATION
It is especially important to me that I let my buyers know that their payment was received and when their item will ship.
I also buy items on eBay, and nothing is more aggravating then waiting on getting a confirmation e-mail that the seller has received my payment and will be shipping.

I ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex and will choose the cheaper of the three (unless you request a carrier, or the item is to large for USPS).
